Translation of the Relics of St. Nicholas
Translation of the Relics of St. Nicholas

On May 22, 2014, Holy Trinity Monastery celebrated the Translation of the Relics of St. Nicholas. An All-Night Vigil and Liturgy was served by Archimandrite Luke (Murianka) for the Feast. Following the Liturgy, the faithful held a procession to Metropolitan Anastasy's crypt to offer prayers on his death day.

Kontakion for the Feast:

"Thy relics have moved like a star, from the East unto the West, O holy hierarch Nicholas; and the sea hath been sanctified by thy passage. The city of Bari receiveth grace through thee, for thou hast been shown forth for us as a wonder-worker: illustrious, most wondrous and merciful."
