The dates of the program for 2025 are:

For boys 14-15: Saturday, June 28 (Orientation will be 4pm) through Friday, July 4 (approx. 12pm).

For boys 16-18: Sunday, July 6 (Orientation will be 5pm) through Saturday, July 19 (approx. 12pm).

NOTE: Pickup must happen on the last day of the program or earlier.  Those who wish to stay longer at the monastery can only do so under parental supervision and using Guesthouse accommodations.  The Monastery cannot provide supervision or accommodations in the Seminary dorm beyond the last day of each program.

To apply to the Program please follow instructions below.

1. Download and complete the following forms, provided at the bottom of this page in both PDF and Word formats:

a. Registration Form 
b. Code of Conduct
c. Required Health Form with attached copy of your health insurance card (front and back)

2. Provide your spiritual father or parish priest with a copy of the Instructions for Required Recommendation, have him write a letter of recommendation and mail it directly to Holy Trinity Monastery.

3. Include two checks:

a. Program fee: $400 for the two-week session, and $200 for the one-week session.
b. $150 refundable security deposit that will be refunded at the completion of the program if no damages have been incurred.
(Make checks payable to: Holy Trinity Monastery.  A cash envelope is also fine.)

4. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must:

a. Complete a Required Hold Harmless Agreement and Medical Release form 
b. Sign the Code of Conduct and the Required Health Form

5. Mail all the completed forms and the two checks to:

6. Once all forms and payment are received a confirmation and further instructions will be sent to the email address specified on the registration form.
