In the evening was held the All-Night Vigil, consisting of Great Compline, Litya and Matins. The polyleos was served by Vladyka.
The following day, after the Meeting of the bishop, and hours, the Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom was served. Again, at the end of the liturgy, there was another Great Blessing of water.
On the following day, the Church celebrates the Synaxis of St. John the Baptist.
Thus come to an end the “Holy Days.” We thank God that despite so much disorder in the world around us, we are able to celebrate the feasts of the Church and observe in our humble way the piety of the traditions handed down to us.
